"If it's not broken don't fix it. But if it could be better, it's as good as being broken." -Greg Plitt
Andrew Dicker was born and raised in Spring, Texas. In his youth, he enjoyed playing baseball, basketball, lacrosse and basically anything that challenged him. His high school lacrosse team won the State Championship. He attended Junior College at Blinn in Brenham where he earned his Associates Degree. From there he went on to attend Sam Houston State University where he studied Accounting and Business Administration.
After deciding he wanted a career that was more exhilarating than Accounting, Andrew started to look around for different opportunities. Eventually he was led to the sales and marketing industry. He worked for several years at a startup, where he learned a lot about the industry, sales and account acquisition, and new business development. He loved working in an industry where he could help people and also be able to challenge and develop himself.
In 2018, Andrew launched KJD Business Development in Dallas to help with new market expansion for a nationally recognized client. He and his team are excited about the opportunities for growth and development in the region.
Outside of work, Andrew pursues his passion of stand-up comedy. He's been featured on shows with John Melendez (writer for Jay Leno) and Jo Koy. He also enjoys traveling, working out and cooking.
